I have been interested in people ever since I was little. I was often teased for staring at people wherever we went. 😬 I used to carry around a journal like “Harriet the Spy” and watch my sister interact with her friends to understand them better. I lived for a quick errand at Staples, where I could get lost in the stationery sections - picking out notebooks and fun gel pens.

When I graduated from high school, I really struggled to find my path. I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life, and eventually fell into Communications and Business at NYU & Northeastern University. My first job (& co-op) was as an Assistant Sales Planner at AOL - where I went on to spend 15 years in the field. I worked at big companies like Microsoft, Twitter, and Adobe, always eager to learn more about how it all works. Before I left Corporate America, my interest in people over product led me to HR for Sales.

Along the way, I wrote my first young adult book (forever in the drawer) and my first Women’s Fiction book (also in the drawer), before signing up for The Novelry and giving my 3rd novel a real chance.

Today, I am a full-time writer and mom. I live in New Hampshire with my two young kids and husband, and feel infinitely grateful to be able to chase this dream. 🙌
